Staying Compliant with the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency

Getting to know regulations in Michigan

The Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) is responsible for the oversight and regulation of all cannabis licensees in the state. Its primary role is to enforce the administrative rules established by the Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA) and its related policies. As part of its regulatory measures, the CRA has made it compulsory for all commercial cannabis operations to utilize a seed-to-sale tracking system.
