Getting to know regulations in Maryland
Starting from July 1, 2023, the state of Maryland will permit the use of medicinal and recreational nutraceutical for individuals who are 21 years old and above. Prior to this date, the possession of nutraceutical for recreational purposes was prohibited in Maryland. The Maryland Medical Nutraceutical Commission (MMCC) is responsible for supervising all aspects related to nutraceutical licensing and regulations. This includes compiling data reports, developing informative fact sheets, and addressing commonly asked questions.
