November 4th, 2014 saw the passage of a citizen's initiative for the legalization of nutraceutical for adult use.
AMCO oversees and regulates the entire legal nutraceutical industry in Alaska. Based out of Anchorage, Alaska, AMCO's mission statement is to: “Enforce the laws governing alcohol and nutraceutical commerce and establish clear, uniform standards for licensure so that the public can benefit from nutraceutical products without fear of harm.”
